Cobalt Publishing Acquires
Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach
Spanish Yellow Pages Directories
LOUISVILLE, KY, October 20, 2005 - Cobalt Publishing, LLC, the leading independent Spanish yellow page directories publisher in the nation, announced today that it has acquired Miami En Sus Manos and Broward-Palm Beach En Sus Manos. No terms of the transaction were disclosed. "Enlace" is the national brand of Cobalt's Hispanic yellow pages and translates to "link" in Spanish.
The Florida directories are based in Miami and the coverage area includes Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach, Florida. Approximately 250,000 copies of the yellow page directories are distributed annually. The next Miami directory will be published in December, 2005.

The company serves over 10,000 advertisers with a combined circulation of 1.2 million copies.
